  • 100% value of the metal and diamond component will be considered as per prevailing policy.

Buyback Requirements

  • Original invoice is preferred.
  • Original diamond certificates should be submitted wherever applicable.

Once the returned item is received and approved:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Product Inspection & Quality Verification

All returned, exchanged, and buyback products undergo a quality inspection by our experts to verify:

  • Product condition.
  • Any signs of damage, alteration, or missing components.
The final approval remains subject to successful verification.

8. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment.

After Dispatch

Orders that have already been shipped will be treated under the Return Policy after delivery.
